We had an excellent experience with Phenomenal Carpet Care! Stephen is so passionate and knowledgeable about carpeting. He was very honest with us regarding our pet soiling situation and laid out the potential outcomes before starting so there were no surprises. He worked very hard and went the extra mile in everything he did including getting the smell out of the carpet and replacing the pad for us. Every charge was clearly defined beforehand and very reasonable. There's a reason Stephen has such amazing reviews - he is truly the best. We will most definitely use him again!
Steve was truly a blessing to work with. We had just purchased the home and were having our vents cleaned the same day and they showed up early. Steve took the time to reschedule our appointment as it would be best to have the carpets cleaned after the vents incase any debris settled in the carpet. He took the time to explain to us why. He also talked to us about best carpet choices for the future. He never once seemed annoyed by having to reschedule and was very nice and pleasant to work with the whole time. In the end, the carpets turned out great and we were confident moving into our new home!

Stephen did an excellent job for us and removes some stubborn stains from our carpet. We were going to replace it but it looks like new so we don't have to do that! Stephanie was professional, kind and works quickly. We will definitely call him again!

Steve did a wonderful job! Cleaned 7-8 areas including stairs and did a urine treatment for my senior dog who was having accidents. He paid attention to detail with things like moving a plant to not knock it over. You can tell he’s been doing this a while and is good at what he does. He was efficient, did a great job and it dried well in the 6-8 hours he said it would. Took a picture of the progress in the worst room and will share here.
This is the most fabulous cleaning of carpet company around. Stephen is clear what he can and cannot do, but even if he gives you low expectations, you will be amazed with his results! He will come to your house to see what you want done, give you a quote, show up on time for the job and take great pains with your home. He has done my house and now my mother's. Stephen is amazing! I can't recommend him enough. I can be picky and he far exceeded my expectations. I had my living room and stairs cleaned last week. He walked me through the process and then we reviewed expectations. He explained what he could fix and what he couldn't...and why. This was very helpful to hear. The last time I had my carpet professionally cleaned was a few years ago so it was time for a good cleaning. Stephen got rust and dark black stains from my reclining couch out of the carpet. He went over high-traffic areas several times. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Stephen truly wants to make sure you're happy with the end result.

Wow! Stephen did such a great job! I was impressed with his level of expertise (this fiber type needs x) and the level of detail to get some spots/stains out. Our carpet hasn't been professionally cleaned and some of it is as old as the house (22 years). With the exception of some matting (not a lot to be done about that) it looks new! So happy.

He explained the differences between steam cleaning and the chemical processes used and also explain which one would be better for my carpet. The carpets came out way better than we ever anticipated.
